Your Life Reset Space is an educational self-reflection and personal-development platform designed to help overwhelmed working women and mothers pause, gain clarity, take small aligned actions, and build a calmer life through reflection and structured support.

The platform may include:

• A deep questionnaire.
• A Life Clarity Report.
• AI-assisted reflection insights.
• A 21-day journey.
• Daily actions.
• Energy practices.
• Brain dumps.
• Reflections.
• Progress tracking.
• Calm points.
• Badges.
• Milestones.
• PWA access.

Your Life Reset Space is not therapy, counselling, medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or emergency support.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Your Life Reset Space.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
• You will use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• You will not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Keeping your login details confidential.
• Maintaining the security of your device.
• All activity that happens through your account.
• Promptly contacting us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Do not share your account, login details, reports, or paid access with another person.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

“You” retain ownership of the reflections, questionnaire responses, goals, notes, brain dumps, check-ins, feedback, and other content you choose to submit to Your Life Reset Space.

By submitting content, you give Design & Pen a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate the platform.
• Generate your requested Life Clarity Report.
• Provide your 21-day journey.
• Save your account history and progress.
• Provide customer support.
• Maintain platform security.
• Resolve technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Improve the platform through aggregated or de-identified insights where reasonably possible.

You confirm that you have the right to submit your content and that your content does not violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, copyright, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.

You must not submit:

• Passwords, PINs, OTPs, security answers, or authentication codes.
• Banking details or payment-card details.
• Aadhaar, PAN, passport, voter ID, or other government ID information.
• Detailed medical records, prescriptions, test reports, or diagnostic reports.
• Confidential employer, workplace, client, or business information.
• Personal information about another person without their permission.
• Illegal, threatening, abusive, harmful, discriminatory, defamatory, or hateful content.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights.
• Malware, harmful code, or files intended to disrupt the platform.

Your Life Reset Space may use AI-assisted technologies to generate personalised reflection summaries, Life Clarity Reports, action suggestions, and journey prompts.

You understand that:

• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, general, or unsuitable for your situation.
• AI outputs may not understand your full personal, family, cultural, health, financial, or professional circumstances.
• AI outputs are not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, or professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before relying on it.
• You must not use AI-generated content for emergency, crisis, medical, legal, financial, or high-risk decision-making.
• You may choose not to use AI-assisted features.

Please read the AI Use Notice before using AI-related features.

Your Life Reset Space is not a replacement for support from a doctor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, lawyer, financial adviser, or other licensed professional.

Do not use the platform as emergency support.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, thoughts of harming yourself or another person, abuse, domestic violence, trauma crisis, urgent medical symptoms, or immediate danger, contact a qualified professional, emergency service, or trusted person immediately.

You must not:

• Copy, sell, rent, resell, distribute, share, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.
• Share your account or login details.
• Use the platform to create a competing product or service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, extract, copy, decompile, or interfere with the platform.
• Attempt to bypass access, payment, security, or usage restrictions.
• Upload harmful code or malware.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity.
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.

All rights, title, and interest in Your Life Reset Space, including its brand name, logo, content, design, framework, questionnaire, Life Clarity Report format, 21-day journey structure, tools, prompts, graphics, written content, user interface, website, PWA, and software are owned by or licensed to Design & Pen.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform during your authorised access period.

You may not reproduce, publish, teach, sell, distribute, modify, or create derivative products from our material without written permission.

If you voluntarily share feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or feature ideas, you allow us to use them to improve, develop, support, or market the platform.

We will not publicly share your private reflections, questionnaire answers, Life Clarity Report, or personal information without your permission.

We aim to keep Your Life Reset Space available and functioning smoothly.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, security work, internet failures, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

Your Life Reset Space is designed to support self-reflection and practical action.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific emotional, personal, health, relationship, career, productivity, financial, or life outcomes.
• That a Life Clarity Report, reset journey, or suggestion will work for every person.
• That you will experience results in a specific timeframe.
• That the platform will be suitable for every person or situation.

Your experience depends on many personal factors, including your circumstances, responsibilities, choices, consistency, support system, health, environment, and implementation.

If paid access is offered, your purchase will be governed by the Billing & No-Refund Policy.

All digital purchases are final and non-refundable after access is activated, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Please read the Billing & No-Refund Policy before making a purchase.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You misuse the platform.
• We reasonably believe there is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Your payment is reversed, disputed, cancelled, or remains unpaid.
• Continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

You may request deletion of your account by following the Data Rights & Account Deletion process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Design & Pen and Lakshmi Manogna M will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Your Life Reset Space.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You are responsible for the decisions you make based on platform content, reflections, action prompts, or AI-generated outputs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we may provide notice through the platform, by email, or by updating the Last Updated date.

Your continued use of the platform after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
