This Billing & No-Refund Policy applies to any paid, premium, promotional, bonus, bundled, or subscription-based access offered through Your Life Reset Space.

1. Digital Product

Your Life Reset Space is a digital self-reflection and personal-development platform.

It may provide immediate or near-immediate access to digital features, including:

  • Life Clarity Reports.
  • AI-assisted outputs.
  • Personalised 21-day journeys.
  • Daily actions.
  • Reflections.
  • Brain dumps.
  • Progress tracking.
  • Points.
  • Badges.
  • Premium features.
  • PWA access.

Because access to digital features may begin immediately after activation, purchases are final.

2. No Returns

Your Life Reset Space is a digital product.

There are no physical products to return.

We do not offer product returns, exchanges, transfers, credits, downgrades, pauses, or substitutions for digital access.

3. No Voluntary Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable after access is activated.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Forgetting to use the platform.
  • Not having time to use the platform.
  • Non-use of the platform.
  • Not completing the questionnaire.
  • Not completing the 21-day journey.
  • Dissatisfaction with personal results.
  • Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated output.
  • Technical issues caused by a user’s device, internet connection, browser settings, unsupported device, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Failure to read the product description, access terms, or policy before purchase.
  • Free, bonus, promotional, bundled, gifted, or complimentary access.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated because of breach of the Terms of Use.

4. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

5. Technical Access Issues

If you have paid for access and cannot access the platform because of a verified technical issue caused by the platform, contact us at: support@designandpen.com

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and restore access where possible.

6. Payment Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same access, contact us promptly at: support@designandpen.com

Please include:

  • Your full name.
  • Email address used for purchase.
  • Payment date.
  • Transaction reference, if available.
  • Screenshot of the payment issue, if relevant.

7. Future Subscription Plans

If subscription access is introduced in the future:

  • Pricing and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase.
  • Renewal terms will be clearly shown at checkout.
  • Users may cancel future renewal before the next billing date using the method shown at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing but will not create a refund for the current billing period after access has started, except where required by law.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Where a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, access may be suspended while the matter is reviewed.

9. Changes to This Policy

The version in effect when you make a purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
