Data Rights & Account Deletion

At Your Life Reset Space, we want you to have meaningful control over your personal information and account.

This page explains how to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern.

Signed-in users can also delete their account directly from Settings.

1. Your Available Requests

You may request to:

  • Access a summary of personal information connected to your account.
  • Correct or update inaccurate account information.
  • Delete your account and associated active platform data.
  • Withdraw consent for optional marketing communications.
  • Raise a privacy concern or grievance.
  • Ask questions about how your information is handled.

2. How to Make a Request

Email us at: support@designandpen.com

Please use one of the following subject lines:

  • Access My Data
  • Correct My Data
  • Delete My Account and Data
  • Withdraw Marketing Consent
  • Privacy Grievance

For security, send the request from the same email address connected to your Your Life Reset Space account whenever possible.

3. What to Include in Your Email

Please include:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address connected to your account.
  • The type of request you are making.
  • A short explanation of your request.
  • Any relevant information that will help us locate or update your account.

We may request reasonable verification before completing a request, especially for account deletion or access to personal information.

4. Account Deletion

When we confirm and complete a valid account-deletion request, we will delete your user account and personal information from active platform records, including, where applicable:

  • Account profile.
  • Login account.
  • Questionnaire answers.
  • Life Clarity Report.
  • AI-generated outputs saved to the account.
  • 21-day journey progress.
  • Daily actions.
  • Reflections.
  • Brain dumps.
  • Notes.
  • Check-ins.
  • Points.
  • Badges.
  • Milestones.
  • Notifications.
  • Other active information directly linked to your account.

Account deletion is permanent.

Once deletion is completed:

  • You will no longer be able to sign in.
  • You will lose access to your Life Clarity Report.
  • You will lose access to your 21-day journey history.
  • You will lose access to reflections, brain dumps, progress, badges, and points.
  • Deleted account information cannot normally be restored.

5. Limited Retention After Deletion

In limited circumstances, some information may be retained temporarily or as required for:

  • Legal compliance.
  • Accounting or tax records.
  • Fraud prevention.
  • Security investigation.
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Enforcement of legal rights.
  • Routine system backups.

Any information retained for these limited reasons will not remain available for active platform use, marketing, personalisation, or ordinary account access.

6. Access and Correction Requests

If you request access to your personal information, we may provide a practical summary or copy of the information reasonably available in your account records.

If you request correction, we may update inaccurate or incomplete account information after verifying the request.

7. Withdrawal of Marketing Consent

You may withdraw consent for optional marketing emails or messages at any time.

You can:

  • Use the unsubscribe option in an email, where available.
  • Change communication preferences in the platform, where available.
  • Email support@designandpen.com with the subject line “Withdraw Marketing Consent.”

Withdrawal of marketing consent will not normally affect essential service-related messages, including login, security, billing, policy, or account notices.

8. Response Time

We aim to acknowledge privacy and data-related requests within 7 working days.

We aim to respond to valid requests within 30 calendar days, unless more time is reasonably required because of complexity, verification, legal obligations, or technical limitations.

If additional time is needed, we will provide an update where reasonably possible.

10. Changes to This Page

We may update this page to reflect changes in platform features, legal requirements, technology, or privacy practices.

The latest version will always show the Last Updated date at the top of the page.
